This store sells low quality items. My chair broke in less than two months. Ask to change, can’t. Really disappointed. Please don’t go to this store if you don’t want to lose money.

3 months agocredit application for furniture and electrical product is easy3 years agoGood service3 years agothe sofa order has not arrived for 3 months.. if there is no stock, why do you want to put it in the show room.. don’t sell it if there is no stock.. it’s really bad service chan furniture.. the store is big but there is no transport yourself.. if you want to take the goods you have to wait and take it yourself.. we can understand the MCO & wait.. the other day I don’t want to give a reason.. I bought new leather sofas on jun 2023 from VSHENG RAWANG store. Im unhappy with the poor quality of products. Recently leather peeling off from sofas. Good-quality leather doesn’t peel or crack. I made this clear to Vsheng store. Im unhappy and dissatisfaction with the product.
Don’t buy their sofas. Very poor quality. Bought a leather sofa worth RM8000 and less than 6 months started to peel and said no warranty for the leather.
Don’t trust the positive google reviews here. It’s a fake review by asking us to write review and claim free pillows.

Really recommended to go buy your furniture here. My sales adsistant, Baby really helpful and help me to find a best mattress for me. She also give a reasonable price for me. Really recommended to come here. The shop also really comfartable and clean. 100% recommmended!!
