Poor service. And not friendly at all when want to change the furniture to other. Boss said CANNOT!! Come on la. I still buy other things from u, not flexible at all and at the end bought something that I don’t like from this shop

I am very touched by the service the shop has given me during my visit. I was looking for mattress and the owner attentively listen to me, then giving me options that might be suit to my preference. Plus point, they also give a good deal! The price also cheaper than other place

The lady boss is dam rude…will never recommend this shop to anyone..so bloody rude to customers n egoistic..never allowed the customer to touch a book shelf even though it is wrapped with a plastic shield..will never recommend to anyone…all the other furniture shops aroud are more frenly…this is not the 1st time im encountering her rudeness.

This shop had what we could not find at the huge home/furniture fair at SPICE. The sales personnel helped us find a v nice sofa within our budget. They have their own factory and furniture is custom made and of good quality.
I am given this shop bad rating as their service is very bad. I have purchase 2 items from them(fully paid) and they not able to arrange for delivery on promised date, where reschedule for few times and at the end put us aeroplane. They keep given reasons which is nonsense to us. If you cant make it you should not promised to your customer!
We have took 2 days leave to plan onsite move in furniture but last minute (1 hour) before the promised time they called us to reschedule another date again. I never experience this kind of bad service. I will cancel the order and get refund if they not able to arrange as per promised for final time.(At the end they arrange back the original promise date, I felt been fooled)
Please consider if you want to purchase with them.

It do not look big from outside but they have a wide range of furniture plus some art and decor pieces. Custom made wardrobes as well with fixed sizes and designs. We managed to get everything under one roof at a good deal. Friendly staff that knows their products very well and it made our shopping easier and comfortable. Great service.
