This review is as at Oct 22. Crazy price increase (almost double), saw the same flower pot that i bought for less than rm30, now sells for rm79.90. Bought a small pot again, understand if there’s no plastic, but was not given any paper cover or box for it, also no explanation from the cashier girl. Come on SSF, do better!

You have weird membership policy. Need to be a member and to be a member you have to pay (RM99). At least put a non members price. You just lost a potential loyal customer ?

Since the Sofa Beds are to be put in the living hall – so they must not only look good but at the same time comfortable for her. I immediately requested Puan Munirah – the owner to send to me the pictures of all Sofa Bed in her shop. And it was love at first sight . I love the color , the design and the size. And since we are buying for a very important person – we went to The Hause the next day. And … instead of buying just one – I bought 2 !!! Delivery was very fast – And my Mom in law loves the Sofa Beds – The design, the comfort , and at affordable price even though the furniturea are imported from Turkey . Yes they deserve a very bad rate, I bought a bedsheet from there that costed more than 100rm and I found a cut in it, I went back to them after just 2 days from buying it and the Chinese woman didn’t agree to change it with another one!!! All what she offered was sewing the cut !! And she was like “I’m doing you a favor”, and yes she has a very bad look in her eyes !! So disappointed and angry it’s too expensive, never gonna buy anything from there again.
I was browsing some items I wanna buy online through the Home Harmony’s website so that I dont need to go through the hassle of carrying all the stuffs. Wanted to take some pictures as reference when suddenly an old woman at the counter scream her lungs at me “Hey, here cannot take picture ah!”. It was awful and honestly embarrassing as it grabbed the attention of everyone in the shop. I do wanted to retaliate and shout back but in good conscience I said sorry and stepped out of the shop. Total a-hole of a shop owner. Please find what you want somewhere else.
By seeing the reviews I was little hesitant in going to this shop. To my surprise it was a nice experience shopping there.
1. I was selecting blanket and a quilt. The sales person in the shop helped me up select the right size and also browsed to many options.
2. Discount was good and I got at v reasonable price.
3. Well organized.
I would recommend to visit this.
I was about to buy a few pillows and items from there, but had to go out of there because of the bad customer service. The old lady there seems super uninterested to sell anything. very short un happy and impatint answers to every question. she said I cannot fullu touch the pillow that I want to buy because of covid, I can only touch it partially. so how can test the pillow?
all other staff in this store seem super un happy to be there. it is not a happy buying experience.
Lots of varieties with good designs, and there’s always seemed to be some sort of offer in store
