a week agoGadget Mobile is the Best! Shawn and his team were excellent! Fast,Swift, Kind and very understanding. They initially didn’t want to take the risk to repair my phone motherboard. But upon hearing that I really need to retrieve my only child milestones and precious pictures, they took the risk and walaa!!! Their phone technician did a very good job to repair my phone, even a nearby popular shop couldn’t.I am very grateful for their help! You can count on Shawn and his team at Gadget Mobile!
Price :very reasonable Expertise : highly skilled Service : tip top, serve with their heart. You can feel it!

a week agogreat customer service , quick and helpful 10/10 recommend to sell n buy phone from them!9 months agoI recently purchased a used iPhone X and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with both the device condition and the service I received from the seller, Shawn.Given the iPhone X already a 5-year-old phone, I am amazed at the quality of this used phone, and it feels almost brand new. You can tell from the photos.
In terms of the service I received from the seller, I couldn’t have been happier. Shawn was meticulous, responsive and helpful from start to finish, answering all of my questions and providing me with all of the information and updates I needed. He even gave me a free protective case for my iPhone X!

Went to get my screen protector changed but the salesperson made a mistake on it and there was bubbles under the screen protector. She didn’t offer to replace a new one and only offered to give a 2 dollars discount. The bubbles are super obvious with and without your screen turned on. Never going back to this outlet again.

Hi, fantastic customer service here at Tampines Mall Gadget Mix store. Easily replaced my in-ear headphones to suit my ears. The salesman at around noon of 14Aug2023 was very accommodating and made sure I had the best possible corrected earphones. Highly recommend this store.
Worst product bought from this shop. Exchange twice but still can’t solve the problem. The salesperson can’t even do a good job. Wasted my money and time going. Pls don’t go and buy from this shop anymore. Their products all cannot make it .
