For a company that carries a huge range of tech accessories, there is no option to use touch n go or any e wallets at this Eco Botanic branch.
Credit card option is there but there is a surcharge (which is illegal by the way).
Only cash payment. I asked for bank transfer option and the girl at the counter said she may have difficulty finding that information.
I gave up.
You may want to improve your customer service experience at this branch. I really like your Taipan branch.. and wanted to like your Eco Botanic branch.
Cashier totally scammer. Tempered glass for 50rm. Totally unreasonable price. Before this bought same tempered glass for only 30rm. Suddenly it became 50rm
Alot of stuffs, new gadgets. Price reasonable. Can explore new stuffs
Don’t waste time in this shop, or any of their shops. They do not carry the products that work as advertised.
Don’t go, don’t buy. Most tech products do not work as stated. They are recycled. Bought a wifi router, but its recycled and spoilt. Bought another portable 4G wifi router, also does not work. The prices are nearly double. Do everyone a favour, by not visiting, so that they close the shop.
