It was my first visit to the store looking for lightning cable. I was quite surprised at first when it’s sold for RM18 only. (They have 2 options, price RM17 & RM18 respectively). Only to realize after 1 week of using it’s not a ‘genuine’ lightning cable at all. Took 3 hrs to charge my phone from 20% bat to 80%. Highly regret!

I have always been a supporter of this mobile phone parts store, and this time it was the last time in the past few years. I bought a mobile phone this month and within a month of hanging it, the soft suction cup inside cracked. When I took it in, they said it could not be replaced. Don’t sell it with such poor quality. Less than a month of supplies.

Don’t buy a mobile phone and then hang it up, otherwise your phone will also hang up.

  2. Young yet friendly and attentive staffs. Feel bad to interrupt his lunch but he still helped me earnestly until my problem is solved, explained in detail all the functions of the gadget and how to use them.

    I seldom rate stores on any platform but they worth 10 stars. Highly recommend.

  3. This place have best service ever . The staff – Jezz , was so kind and helpful to us . I bought a mini portable fan as it is really hot outside . Then he helped me to check whether it is working and told me that it need to be charged . I asked if he could help me to charge it awhile as my friend and I are having problem with our phone data . He was also kind to offer us wifi and help us solve our phone matters . We are so thankful as we are data-less for 3 hours already . DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK AGAIN ! ??????
