3 months agowant to buy android tablet, already decide what model want to buy, basically just plan to walk in pay and take my tablet,but turn out no one want to serve me, i can see a lot staff standing nearby,but they just keep ignoring me, not even willing answer my simple”what color variant you have ?”questions, suddenly i change my mind, rather buy online and don’t want to buy from this poor customer service shop.a month agoVery poor service. When i came to buy very attentive, but when i want claim warranty almost 20 mins waited, nobody attend us.a month agohas been coming here everytime buying new phone. good service from the staffs, explaining everything in detail. but if you’re a wheelchair user, it’s better for you to decide first what you want before coming because not really wheelchair friendly. but everything else is okaya year agoBeen buying my phones here since 2014. Big outlet. Useful informative staff. Realme doesn’t have a sale agent though Xiaomi and vivo sales assistant are there. Screen protector service available. Clean and cool interior. Sometimes the have sales and promos. Plenty of parking outside. Pay by card and cash.a month agoWas served by Zaidi, where he explain the promotions and direct d packages in detail. Once I purchased the phone, he also help to put on the screen protector with much care. He is patient and willing to explain every question asked. Kudos, and had overall good experience with the purchase.

2 months agoGreat service, great extension discount with quality product ?5 years agoIt’s similar to the nearby NinjaZ. There are many phone accessories like phone rings, phone waterproof bags, phone recording stands, wireless & wired earphones and more! They’re really affordable. Besides that, they’re selling this mobile recording studio that I’m a big fan of and saving up to buy. Definitely give this shop a visit when you go to SS2! Below are pictures of the first day (night). 🙂10 months agoWent to try my luck and ask counter staff who is a young male to help install phone screen protector. He did it so carefully with caution and care. Best part – he did it for free as it was bought from outside. Appreciate the help and I bought something from the store too. Can’t remember his name but hope he knows I’m referring to him.4 years agoFriendly staff and able to assist during our shopping. Helpful staff and the price is slightly cheaper than other gadget store nearby.a year agoTERRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY AND SERVICE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!! Bought a phone screen wrap from this place. They told me to get the more expensive one so i did, at that time it peeled out the next day so I came back to get it replaced. It came out again shortly so I went back again. Eventually, they told me the recent quality of the wrap is not good so told me to come back again when they have a new batch instead of just giving me a refund. Left my phone number because they say they will call back. They didn’t but subsequently i came back 2 other times, still same issue. Eventually MCO got in the way but i thought they still had my record and I was busy so didnt go back. In the process of waiting, my phone also kena a lot of scratches although I had actually paid for a screen protector coz it was not replaced.Recently i was around the corner so i went back just to check in the status and ready to just get a refund or the replacement or buy something with whatever it was worth. Turned out, although they still had my number on records in front of me, they treated me like i was a scam over what?! Like rm40? just because they couldnt identify my receipt in their system. He said yeah there are people who would scam them and waste time over this amount, in fact ask me whole lots of questions why i didnt do this and do that, rather that considering why they themselves didnt prevent the problem or do their part to keep records or contact me earlier, or had the right quality stuff replace it the few times i went back
The money isnt the problem at all, it was having an unprofessional manager that has no sense of customer service or even common sense on how to deal with it promptly and make a judgement call on the best way to move forward. He raised his voice and spoke in an accusing tone and pointed responsibility back to previous staff. Replacing the film is probably costing them only a few bucks although retail is rm40, and a happy customer would feel safe to keep coming back. Obviously didnt know how to do the math about why he should have dealt with it differently. Finally he was willing replace it disgruntledly telling me how it is normal to think that people would cheat these kinda thing although they had a record but no receipt. Immediately, i kept my phone away and left instead of letting him replace it. He left such a bad taste that I really dont encourage any consumers to buy stuff from them. Instead i went next door to their competitor instead to shop for a gadget that i initially wanted to buy from their shop that cost more than rm40..and that shop was friendly and unsurprisingly full of people, compared to GadgetPro SS2. It tells so much why.. Poor leadership and management.
