6 months agoOk la, the staff try sell me Honor 9a but keep saying other models do not have NFC capability. I think they sell only those that give them xtra profit and skipping those that does not.a year agoBought a Xiaomi tablet here and also asked them to apply a screen protector on it. Unfortunately the screen protector started peeling at the edge of the screen the moment I got home and got worse as time went on. The screen protector was quite pricey too. A week after went back to tell them about it but they are not willing to replace or refund it. Instead they gave excuses. Very disappointed.2 years agoThis is easily the best mobile phone and accessories store to source for handphones currently. Operating hours from 10:00 – 10:00 daily.Most major brands are represented here. Premise is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales personnel. Additionally, the showroom itself is clean, bright and spacious making shopping so much more fun and satisfying.
The team here are also very forthcoming with advise and technical assistance, whenever, phones with settings or software issues are being referred back to them.
It’s reasonable to add that one can shop here with total confidence and peace of mind.

By the way their fiber screen protectors are selling rm99, you engage to the other staff said Allson give special price, the staff would gives u screen protector with promo price, don’t say I didn’t give benefits to you guys???4 years agoThis shop salesman is very bad, when I bought the fibre glass they said got 1year warranty. After bought it few months I want to change the fibre glass they asked me need to pay RM30. They just want to earn customers money only. Don’t recommended

4 months agoI had a problem with my Samsung Note 9 where my LCD screen is not functioning. So I went to their shop and the staffs are super friendly towards all their customers. The super helpful staff kindly fixed my LCD screen very professionally. Definitely giving them 5 super stars.One more thing, they are more than a Dr. They are definitely Super Dr. Gadget.
4 months agoVisited this shop to change my phone battery last month. Very profession and you can sit Infront of the technician to see them working on your phone. Feel very safe as so much data is in our phone nowadays. Yesterday accidently dropped my phone and the screen crack. Contact them immediately to order the screen. Visited the shop and got it done professionally, watching the whole process and appreciating their service. Boss is friendly and charges are reasonable. Good to have found this shop. Thank you.4 weeks agoOpened my phone to try to replace the battery but couldn’t. Yet left my phone screen with a line across. I wouldn’t come to this broken shop.Smsed the boss after noticing this but he never replied and claimed that it’s after 2 days. Line is faint but it’s there. It’s hidden behind the rubber band which they tied to my phone and not take it off for couple of hours. It’s ok, wouldn’t bother claiming from the shop because they are offensive and would just deny and give plenty of excuses
3 years agoSent my 2017 Samsung S8+ to swap faulty motherboard (which I bought online) at Dr. Gadget and replace the battery. The whole process takes less than 1 hour and was done very professionally. The team was very helpful, friendly and courteous too. I am very happy with the outcome and the service provided. Highly recommended and reasonable price too. ???2 months agoBest & Fastest ? Services ?? They rescue all our iPad, iPhone & Samsung phone problem. All the Staffs & Boss, willing tell the problem and quote with reasonable price .

Visited this shop this evening as I wanted to buy a screen protector Gentleman was super helpful. Thought the product was going to be expensive. But turn out the price was a steal !
