There was this rude lady sitting at the counter who complained non-stop in Malay language (probably thinking I do not understand) about me using e-wallet because I was only paying RM3 for the water. This is once again, showing us one step behind. Shell, train your staff.
Bought a TNG card from an Indian lady + reloaded 100rm but only got 49.50rm top-up in app. only found out i was scammed when i got back. No receipt was given as well. unethical lady. Rot in hell. Please beware always ask for receipts and check your app bal on the spot
Nice Shell petrol station along main road Jalan Wong Ah Fook
The old man staff was very rude. I parked may car to go to the washroom and he scold me loudly that i could not left my car unattended. I was alone at that time and how am I supposed to not left my car unattended? Bring in with me to the washroom? Such an unethical and rude old man! Old but no manners. Shame on you old man.
