  Never ever provided tissue papers , it’s so inconvenient when u critically need one,⁰ even if you ask the staff theyll brush you off rudely. Been living around this area for sometime I’ll try to avoid this station if I could.

  Having my favorite Costa coffee at Shell Rawang always. Service of staff to be improved. Most of the times the staff were friendly, helpful n kind, sometimes certain staff were unwilling to serve. I experienced once during CNY 2023, I purchased Costa coffee with proce RM12.50 and I requested the red packet which was compliment when you purchased RM12 or above. The Malay staff told me out of stock, I asked another n she said yes available, but mentioned only with certain products. I noticed Costa was included in t&c statement n showed them, she just passed me and showed unhappy face to me.

  A very lively petrol station where staff are always courteous and helpful. This has become our preferred spot to fuel up and get some Costa Coffee and Hot Chocolate on the go.

  Bad traffic is reasonable on a long weekend. However, one of the pumps was not working properly, and excessive petrol leaked out as the handle did not stop when it was full.
