I approached the counter and inquired about using E-wallet for my payment, I was informed by a Malay staff named NURULSHIFA that E-wallets were not accepted due to machine issues, and only cards and cash could be used. However, when I returned a minute later, a middle-aged Chinese woman assisted me and successfully processed my payment using the E-wallet machine.

I am deeply troubled by the conflicting information provided by the staff, particularly the initial claim that the E-wallet machine was offline. Consequently, when seeking clarification from the Malay staff, I was met with a loud and rude response, which added to my frustration.

This misinformation caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with NURULSHIFA’s loud and rude demeanor during our interaction.

I believe in the importance of clear and accurate communication, and the inconsistency in information along with the disrespectful attitude exhibited by the staff member are unacceptable. I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue.

Kaviarasa the cashier was so rude. I ask nicely about the rewards, she ‘sini tak sama’. I have been to many other caltex station, and the cashier was very nice and helpful. Horrible customer service.

The tyre pressure meter has not been working for many months, it’s embarrassing Caltex, you want our business, we pump petrol but your facilities are like in 3rd world country. Other petrol companies are already having modern tyre pressure meters. I’ve boycotted Caltex and using Shell now, because they offer complete satisfactory service, facilities.

Today around 10.20pm i Went this oil pump… The malay lady said Cant fuel due to they changing shift… Ask me wait until they change shift than she not sure how long will take to change..very poor service

    Went on Friday midnight 17/11 the staff is very rude, no smile, no talk only watch tiktok on phone, waiting and stand in front of him like an idiot, look at me with stupid face like I’m gonna do something bad. The man crumple the money like rubbish for my change. Very bad behaviour

    Running station 24/7,,but toilet close at 10.30pm..so bad for the petrol brand that I use..this my first bad experience with this brand that I love so much….

  1. Good petrol pump
    Strategically placed in jalan tenggiri seberang jaya
    Quite difficult to cross the road if you come from opposite direction
    Very busy road especially wee hours
    Filling station very limited
    Nextvto it is abandoned market since they have move to a new location nearby

  2. Small station, have lot of choice of snek at mart. Very disappointed on toilet. Just only 2 toilet ( 1 men, 1 women ) located inside the mart.

  3. Friendly and easy services by the cashier most of the time, sometimes you’ll get a small packet of tissue, sometimes you’ll get nothing!
    Air dan angin yg disediakan selalunya ok je, not like other petrol station, always rosak.

  4. Inferior in term of payment system. Unable to pay via credit cards cause system failed and issue can’t even can resolve at payment counter.

  5. every month by gas from this station.Every 2 to 3 days top up petrol at this station.Today I requested for a free calendar.The reply from the staff is this calendar is for staff and family members only.Never mind start from tomorrow. Go to another petrol station.Hope the boss from this petrol station see this.
