a week agoThe Caltex staff here is very rude and dishonest,when pay money need to be extra be careful,I almost get cheated by caltex staff that trying to play fool.On 13/01/24 between 9.40am-10am,i went to caltex alor mengkudu to pump petrol,I inform the female staff inside counter pump no 8,Rm2.50,then i gave her RM10 cash,after this she just keep silence,and i keep standing in front of counter waiting like a fool so i ask back balance RM7.50 from her,she scolding me back saying i dont told her the amount while the fact is she is the one who are trying to cheat or pretend to forgot,I ask her to check back cctv and only she give me back my balance of RM7.50 unwillingly with extremely bad attitude,so I want to ask Caltex back is this a right attitude to treat your customer?I demand an explanation,I never had this kind of bad experience in other brand petrol station.a year agoLoaf Story Bakery is here‼️ A Muslim friendly in Alor Star?With variety of breads and cakes?? A well maintained fuel station by petron. Next to mcdonald and a food court also
Well located petrol station (residential and PLUS plaza toll), friendly staffs. Can pay by cash and cards but no card reader or paywave panel at the pumps. Whether you like it or not, you have to pay (by card) at the cashier counter. For a such petrol station, the owner should consider providing cashless payment means at the pumps.
The place is near Taman Uda in Jln Sultanah..very busy with buses n lorries at nite…got Atm machine inside n clean toilet???
