Warming: Poor car wash service by old Chinese man during eve of CNY 2023. Inexperience and don’t even open the door the clean up the access water. When the queue build up, vacuums and disinfection service was not available. They only tell you after you queue for it. What can you say.. lan Lan have to wash car only. Happened twice some more..definitely won’t be coming back for this sloppy service. Used to be very good but not anymore. Kudos to the foreign worker there, but thumbs down for the local senior staff working (probably temp). Talk about hiring senior local staff but this type of people definitely haven’t work in a proper service line and better go retrain or go retire. So disappointed.

Pump attendants are fast and efficient. Location is very convenient. Only one draw back is a particular cashier, Chinese with specs, who always rush people off. U had 3 experiences with her which puts me off. I hv probelms with my esso smiles card and dbs co-brand credit card. She just brushed me off and say call hotline. I had 3000+ points all gone down the drain. Didnt even try to help. Tried calling the hotline but also not resolved. Finally only last week, managed to resilved the issue with a very helpful and knowledgeable Malay lady cashier. She helped me through the whole process. Will still patronise this station but will definitely avoid that chineae bespectacled auntie cashier. Impatient and not helpful.

    1. Poor experience at the car wash. They also forgot to hose down the car before applying the soap foam. Only saving grace is that they are open 24h, but wouldn’t recommend it otherwise.

    2. Been going there for almost 2 years. Their Sealant package is $37 comprises for ; WASH , VACCUM , RIM CHEMICAL , SEALANT & Tyre shine.
      9.5/10.

    3. Very bad experience, tdy I go this shell fill up car tank. I fill in $60 then the both hand tattoo casher uncle not allowed me to use shell member card app discount then i can only use UOB1 card to pay n he only give me 5% discount I still need to pay $57. He is fierce n rude. Im phv driver, I fill up my car every day, this is the fst time I met so rude casher. Even driver just go toilet the other gas station attendant also very polite i cannot understand why this tattoo uncle so rude. I wish angmokio management can improve the situation like this

    4. Unprofessional service provided at the car wash. I found stains on my white car after the wash, asked the service staff about them, and was told that my car needed polishing. However, upon using a cloth to wipe my car, the stain could be easily removed… I would not recommend.

    5. Horrible car wash, big patches unclean spots all over my car. Address it to a China lady and she replied cleaning cannot be done 100%

      The other guy was rude, yelling at me when he can’t even give a proper direction where I should shift my car.

      Not asking for a perfect service but why paying to such disrespectful people.
