To this petrol station owner. You have the lousiest and worst customer service…..dont do any promotional gimmick if you are not sincere.

Got free keluarga 1:5L drinking water for every full tank $70/=onward and they also offer you can get to buy gardenia bread for $1/= promotion end when don’t know ask staff.

    This is 1 of the old petrol station in penang island.its located near to bus and ferry terminal.they had gone thru some minor renovation.now they have cafe and service center.the toilet is clean and seperate toilet for male and female.for those 4×4 drivers , this station do have euro 5 diesel.they have separete pump for motorcycle.for those looking for vpower petrol they have it also.very easy access.

    gotta give 5 stars for the clean, spacious, free toilet.

    no hand wash, no toilet paper, but there’s water pipe.

    everyone, PLEASE keep public toilets clean! flush the toilet! don’t litter!

    3. Strategically located at the junction at the upper penang road, Really convenient as it is located on the way to Gurney Drive and Tanjung Tokong, also nearby Chulia street and Penang street. They also just renovated the place, and currently they are also hosting Isaac Toast.

Very bad counter service, an old lady with heavy make-up, given wrong type of petrol, shouted at customer, drove customer mad, while calling the manager out, that counter service old lady scolded and said the customer crazy… What kind of crazy lousy service attitude, and only that manager apologized, that old lady apologized unwillingly… Will never ever step in this petrol station again, and will complain to the cusumer association as well.
