7 Gas Station Terbaik di Ipoh

Localbiz Cover

About this station; The Good: 1) 8 pumping machines. 2) Got a tyre pump. Enough, I guess. 3) The toilets are plausible. Consider its age, I would say it was maintained regularly. 4) Got RON95, RON97, and Diesel. 5) Got Petron Shop, but is closed near 12.00am until morning.

The Bad: 1) The tools, equipments and structures are pretty old. 2) The pumping nozzles make loud sound while pumping petrol into your vehicle. Another proof of old equipments still in use. 3) The glass panel proves inaudible for the outside customers to hear the cashier pretty well. This makes payment or conversation feels hard. 4) The compound is relatively small, I suggest the customers not to park there for an extended period of time; just go there to refuel, and drive off!

  1. Retails place need to upgrade for more variety. Like Grab and Go. Ready to eat Food. Even Cashier look pro, but totally no familiar with the POS system. Especially outside terminal. Petron Outside POS system are most advance if compare with others competitor

  2. Quick service, strategically located. Staff are efficient. But air pump for tyre often not working.

  3. Poor customer service!!
Got a staff who called Cheng, so unprofessional!! I already paid for my petrol with grabpay, but he said I didn’t paid. I proven him my payment details but still not accept. In the meantime, got a customer wanted to top up for touchngo card but he said system down now. If system down, why don’t he tell me ?? Already paid for it but insisted me to make payment one more time again. Wasting my time to call grabpay service. Grabpay service checked my account & confirm my payment was successfully paid. Really terrible experience. Not going for this petron station anymore !!!
