2 months agoGood experience. Can pay cash to pump attendant directly. Fuss-free. Staff is friendly. 24 hours. Next door is Caltex station.8 months agoMy usual petrol station as it is near to my work place. Uncle Aziz is a gem! Super pro active and friendly. He will help to clean ur car windscreen whenever possible.2 years agoThe counter staff is so rude, told him what I want the pump number and how much and ron 97, than at 1st, I’m using boost pay, after scan the qr, I’m just waiting for transition, he just keep quiet, after around few second, he shout to me how much I want to pay! nvm, I’m tell him is RM60 + pump number again. Than I dunno he put me to 95, got back to counter to tell him can switch back to ron 97, he show up the very unhappy face and shout to me ‘just now im not mention ron97’ please, if doing customer service, please don’t rude like that, put the friendly conversation voice tone. I’m already facing 2 times at this station, so no more next time….9 months agoHelpful, but need to improve communication skills.3 years agostaff friendly and help fully,thats why i will stop and buy a coffee and bread rest here

Got a staff who called Cheng, so unprofessional!! I already paid for my petrol with grabpay, but he said I didn’t paid. I proven him my payment details but still not accept. In the meantime, got a customer wanted to top up for touchngo card but he said system down now. If system down, why don’t he tell me ?? Already paid for it but insisted me to make payment one more time again. Wasting my time to call grabpay service. Grabpay service checked my account & confirm my payment was successfully paid. Really terrible experience. Not going for this petron station anymore !!!
