in the last weekFriendly staffs, always tegur and beri salam. Thank you to the helpful staffs who helped me pump petrol and put air in my tyres all this years.2 months agoPurposely make gift card hard to use, very bad company and customer service. Not worth to support 1) bring gift card to the station tell me need to register thru sms wait 3 working day 2) after activate bring to the station, tell me last 6 digit of ic number as pin. Tried and it fail with wrong pin. Nothing can be done. Ask me to install app for convenience 3) after install app go back to station. Tell me i cannot claim gift card using the app. Must use the physical card, which the pin is different. Have to call customer service during working hour 4) after call and get my pin number, i go back to the station. RM50 gift card cannot directly claim all 50. Only able to use RM45 max 1 time 5) same gift card cannot use 2 time a day. Means i need go go back again to use up the remaininh RM5I get this as a gift.. and give me so much headache. if not sincere, please do not sell gift card.. please do not buy this as a gift.. will not support Petron again
6 months agoThere is a Indian staff which is very helpful. Always help customer to pump petrol and alert on what’s going in with helping handa year agoThe credit card reader is not working. We want to make confirmation whether is the credit card payment is being cancelled, but the pump staff guy named Ibrahim is really having a bad attitude, raising his voice and claiming he don’t want to gaduh? In the meanwhile, We want to take a picture to have a proof on this just in case if the payment is not cancelled. But the guy saw us taken our phone out, he got nervous and yell at us like he was going to fight with us. Please manage your staff’s (especially Ibrahim) attitude and problem solving skills and have your card reader fixed.a year agoJust like any other Petron… service is good as usual. Remember your Petron card or download the app to get the membership into your phone

3 years agoThe car-wash here very good, not machine-wash. Those Indian guys washed very nicely until all the mats cleaned out and tyres also polish and shine….very satisfied. While waiting, can enjoying cendol and rojak nearby. Here got a few street-stalls, that’s why I liked it here?? Beside, they have their own mart and now, you can purchase your cooking gas here too and earn points.4 months agoThis is Petron Subang Jaya SS17 (aka Petron Subang Parade). Only got 1 diesel pump, others Ron97 and Ron95.a year agoGetting my car washed and vacuum after 6 weeks left in the open. Quick service and everything look perfect. Love the TnGo RFID enabled pumps, the car wash guys are also great… toilets are clean too.. only complaint is why the toilet smells like stinky goat aged Gouda cheese? Gotta do something about that man..
Had a flat tyre nearby and drove up to this petrol station, Shell staff named Rokib was extremely helpful and managed to patch the tyre in within minutes. Very kind and efficient staff that saved us from a bad night.
Excellent service, drove there and I immediately got greeted by their friendly staff which helped to pump petrol without me even having to ask them. Keep up the good work!

Popular petrol station pit stop for many of the residents and visitors to the SS15 area. This is the sole gas station for SS15 if not mistaken. The carwash here is popular on weekends and evenings. There’s also a Maybank ATM located within the station. You can also pick up some decent coffee under Costa here.
