    This is a pathetic store with perpetual insufficient cashiers, queues and closed automated payment machines. It’s bad fortune for people staying nearby as the other nearest better stocked Sheng Siong and Fairprice are both quite some distances away. p.s this place doesn’t change. One counter at night with queue. It doesn’t give a damn about wasting customer’s time Update: still turns off automated payment machines leasing to long queue n customers giving up. Staff rudely tells that you have to wait as there is no staff to turn on self payment kiosks.

    The payment counter queue has improved. Perhaps due to better staffing and depends on time of the day. Their auto pay machines (3x) is better serving customer now and like attributed to improvement in waiting time to pay.

    1. Fresh items at this outlet is horrible. Some staff r horribly rude. Only good for nearby residents to get some last min stuff.

      Went there again on 29th Sep and there were lots of flies flying all over! ?????? so disgusting!

    2. 24hrs supermarket with variety of items. Household, food & drinks, groceries, toiletries and much other items are available.
      Usually there are 1 or 2 cashiers and it takes time to bill and get your items. But there are 3 self-checkout machines which would be the better option to go with if you are in a hurry. But those machines are restricted after 11pm.

    3. Store is small , a bit unconvenient while crowed and sometimes the stuffs are not filled up ,some goods are not in the store to get…

    4. This is a normal heartlanders supermarket. Quite way behind other supermarkets with limited/old stocks. Should get a revamp on products.
