On 19Dec morning, all self checkout machines are down. Long queue at the one and only cashier. Lots of unhappy customers!

Very small branch with only the main necessities available. Good thing that it is 24 hours but aside from that, I would prefer to shop at the nearby mall’s supermarkets (Ang Mo Kio Hub or Bishan Junction 8).

5 years agoReminds me of the old kampong days. Lots of things that were gone and you can find them here. Prices are reasonable too. When you’re here don’t miss out on this particular store for A Rei Cha Rice meal. It’s healthy and delicious. Good service too.a year agoThe staff was unprofessional. The items that i placed in my basket were too heavy. Hence, i placed the drinks back on the shelves. However, the staff requested to check my bag as they thought that I stole the items. I complied with the check. However, Not even an apology given for this incident! They just said so be it that you didn’t steal.2 years agoThis place qualifies for a 4 star in my opinion as goods are reasonably price and the mix is good too. However, I am marking it down due to the bad attitude of 1 of their staff. Was there awhile ago and the cashier was taking a little too long to settle the payment for customers in front who paid via the CDC vouchers. Understand that the system is slow, I suggested that they feedback to authority. The packer, a senior lady said I should feedback instead. I told her the queue is getting long and as a service provider they should feedback. Otherwise some customer may choose to buy from other stores if they do not have the time to wait. And guess what? She told me so be it! If I am sitting on a chair, I would have fallen off from it. She does not understand that the customer is her ultimate “boss” who pays her salary and bonus. If customer choose to buy elsewhere, sales will be affected and without sales, she will not be getting her bonus!!! I used to think that Ang Mo may be the next Sheng Siong but after this incident I think they need to educate their staff first!11 months agoThere are fresh fruits and vege here. There are cny cookies and sweets on sale during cny. Household items like shampoo and detergant are available.a year agoSTAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT. STAFF insist to check my bag and accused me of stealing their ribena drinks when i am lining up to make payment for my other groceries. After wrongly accused me, DIDNT EVEN APOLOGISE. Never going to come back to this supermarket again. Rude and disrespectful.

Fresh items at this outlet is horrible. Some staff r horribly rude. Only good for nearby residents to get some last min stuff.
Went there again on 29th Sep and there were lots of flies flying all over! ?????? so disgusting!
24hrs supermarket with variety of items. Household, food & drinks, groceries, toiletries and much other items are available.
Usually there are 1 or 2 cashiers and it takes time to bill and get your items. But there are 3 self-checkout machines which would be the better option to go with if you are in a hurry. But those machines are restricted after 11pm.
Store is small , a bit unconvenient while crowed and sometimes the stuffs are not filled up ,some goods are not in the store to get…
This is a normal heartlanders supermarket. Quite way behind other supermarkets with limited/old stocks. Should get a revamp on products.
Their apples,oranges and bananas are fresh and prices are reasonable.
