Good hair cut experience, with affordable pricing. Hairstylist (Alicia) will ask what kind of hairstyle I like. However, I let her to decide and she got it right ?? Nicely done, definitely will come again! ☺️

    Visited a few times and tried different hairstyles here, I am having bald issues on the top part of my hair but the hair stylist is able to present a suit and neat haircut for me. Reasonable price for a nice haircut as compared to other fancy hair salons. Worth a try and you will be satisfied.

    Came here three times now and I am pleased with the service provided. No hidden agendas, no fuss, quick and professional cut and then you are out of the store. Such should be the way to go for those who are here just for a haircut and nothing more. I appreciate the honesty and the professionalism in this humble shop as compared to some of its competitors around the neighborhood; the latter of which would hype on promoting to you their various hair-care solutions.

    1. Worst salon experience of my life.
      I was here for hair trimming & especially my fringe. This is the second time with the same stylist. He is the director-level hairstylist. Terrible job. He doesn’t seem to understand my hair texture and requirements, just simply grabs a bunch of my fringe & chops it like grass without considering the right amount. As you can see in my image below, I have never seen any hairstylist would grab from the mid head to chop for fringe. Cut too much on the side! How that it’s possible? It’s common sense that it shouldn’t grab from there as it will create a heavy volume! Not sure if he understands it. But I look terrible now. My fringe is literally overly cut and it looks like a bunch of grass. I need to wear a cap & bobby pins.

      Being a hairstylist, it has to work from the bottom of your heart & try to make your clients satisfied with the service. But I don’t think he did his part.

      Also, I was here with my daughter (5 years old) He required my daughter to stand instead of giving her a chair to sit in. Not even a round bar stool chair. But of course, the hair stylist gets to sit to trim her hair and my daughter was standing. She has inconsistent fringe trimming. Before he cut it, he did ask me to check BUT he ask me to look at the mirror and not on her hair to judge. The mirror is far, I guess he has supervision! How ridiculous, that’s why the outcome is inconsistent.

      They offered for another free touch-up, and my current situation is overly trim, where else do I have any more hair for him to chop? I wouldn’t take any more risk. This hair salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service and it is not cheap, it was a director’s price!

      Your response is general – “Thank you & Sorry” which didn’t helps. First of all, be clear that I am not a black sheep for your cutting lesson and it’s not my responsibility for your company’s growth and development. I paid for the DIRECTOR price and yet this is the result which I get? You can block me & my review on your Facebook page but not on Google. Yes, you can keep the only “well-polished” review on FB just to look nice with a good reputation but not in Google, too bad, what a shame!

    2. What a worthwhile experience, had a wash and cut service here with an affordable price and great service from the staff ? Even the director salon suggest me a great haircut which i cant believe it suit my face and look! Bomb! Loving it!

    3. Got my hair permed by the director JS. So glad that my requirements get fulfilled though it’s a challenging task to perm on hair containing a small part of bleached hair. Thumbs up to the staffs’ good service too.

    4. Horrible at cutting male hairstyle. Paid RM40 for director cut, but end product was worst than RM10 Indian barbers by the streets. The boss rushed the entire haircut. No attention to details, poor communication with customer in the sense that he does not get to know what the customer wants exactly before proceeding.

      He was so fast I couldn’t even stop him when i sensed something wrong. My advice is to always communicate clearly with customer first before proceeding with the haircut. Dont be overconfident.

      only realised how bad the back of my head looks like when i reached home. I don’t normally leave google reviews, but i had to do it this time. Too bad.

      Also, for your reference, look at another haircut that i got from another place at a CHEAPER RATE. I believe everyone can see the huge difference in quality.

    5. I felt well taken care of with the information I need to know as a customer – with transparency on the pricing and the hair procedure and its upkeep. Very friendly and funny staff members too. My hair color looks great and compared to other hair salons, the free hair treatment they provide actually leaves my hair feeling smooth! I’ll only go back to this hair salon hereafter!
