The senior hairstylist lady who cut my hair was very understanding, patient and detailed in her service. Very friendly and did not hesitate to help me trim the hair to what I wanted. The haircut I got from her was exactly what I wanted, I really like it! I will highly recommend her for the cut. It was worth the CNY surcharge as well.
However, as you can see from the pics, there was this tuff of hair that was accidentally snipped off at the top of my hair (I actually saw it happen but I didn’t think much of it) that was only visible after my hair was washed and blown dry. I commented that it’s probably an accidental cut, but the hairstylist denied multiple times that she never did that, and said that it was simply because my hair was oily before that, so it couldn’t be seen. Or that it’s probably my baby hair.
Guys you can see it for yourself, I might not be an expert but the hair is definitely freshly cut, it’s not thin at the end, it’s thick and is a sudden cut at the end of the strands. I told her that I have had this same hair for months and I never had this tuff of hair but she refused to believe me. I even topped up extra $6 for dandruff shampoo. Although nothing can be done to it at this point, I feel like the least they can do is give me a discount to make up for their mistake or something???

I’ve been here for the past 1 year plus. Andy was a very professional hair stylist and expert in managing all types of hair condition. Karhy was very friendly with good skills. All the staff there are all very approachable and their service is very good. The price is also reasonable. Recommend you to try out this salon if you have not done so!
