Such a lovely bunch of people! They made me feel so much at ease though I’m just visiting & couldn’t speak the local dialects. Despite the campur-campur languages we communicated in, the stylist first explained thoroughly on how she planned to cut my hair (tip : getting ready with some reference pictures beforehand helps) based on my face shape & hair condition, then what to expect with the end results. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted, which I’m madly in love with! Popping in for hair washes throughout my stay after would be a must.
Totally not profesional! Rude! 8 staff were crowding talking to each other left customer outside. Looking at customer with that somewhat look. Not giving solid answer to customer, not even care to attend to customer! Open salon to chit chat ah? Chit chat in front of customer somehow but totally ignored customer. Ko paham tak tu biadap?!
RUDE STAFF(AEON MALL KB JANE SALON) NEW FACES WORKING HERE. COME WITH MY FRIEND. INITIALLY ASKED ME TO WAIT TILL MY FRIEND FINISHED. SO MANY EMPTY SEATS BUT SAID NOT ENOUGH STAFF. Then when i go again, AND ASK WHETHER IT IS MY TURN, INSTEAD OF SAYING SORRY, SHE BLAMED ME.SHE SAID, IT IS MY FAULT FOR NOT WAITING WITH RUDE FACE.WHILE THE OTHER STAFF (TOO MANY STAFF OVER THE COUNTER-TALKING EACH OTHER BUT ACTING LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED)
BASIC ETIQUETTE THEY SHOULD LEARN. IT IS SIMPLE TO SAY IM SORRY MADAM, PLEASE WAIT, WITH SMILE.
Trust the reviews girls. The service couldn’t be worse. The staff treat ur head like a mannequin, they wouldn’t listen to your request properly and charged extra for unnecessary service. Pls dont go to this salon specifically the one in aeon kota bharu
