It is my first time in Kuala Lumpur, and I had read reviews about this salon. My appointment was with Gwenn. Where to begin?! Gwenn is simply awesome. She is an amazing stylist, colorist, and person. She took the time to consult with me and explain the services step-by-step. My appointment took a total of 5 hours – I had full highlights (on long, naturally wavy/curly but straightened hair), root touch up, toner, and style. The time flew by. Everyone in the salon was kind and other clients were clearly enjoying their service, too. (And the other clients were also super nice! Such a great vibe in the salon.)I walked into the salon hoping to rescue my hair from its dried, breaking, sad state to something at least presentable. I got so much more! Gwenn transformed the mess into a smooth, silky, and healthy head of hair. Moreover, it didn’t frizz at all in the KL heat after the appointment. A miracle worker? A magician? I’m not sure, but I can wait for my next appointment with Gwenn!
In addition to my experience with Gwenn, the salon manager and lead stylist, Geetha, was incredibly accommodating in scheduling an appointment within a few days of my arrival. She also checked in with me several times throughout my appointment, while attending to other clients. Her attentiveness, as well as Gwenn’s, really made me feel comfortable and valued as a client.
a year ago1st visit: I initially went here for a hair and make-up service for my Engagement Dinner. Gwen did a great job. (26Mar22)2nd visit: The Met Grand Salon gave me a reason to still believe in Malaysian salons. I almost lost faith that there will be a salon who can let me achieve the color I wanted. Massive thanks to Gwen for recommending me that toning is the only key to achieve a nice blonde hair and not bleaching + coloring as opposed to what the other salons did to my hair. Highly recommended salon for toning and bleaching. (02Apr22)

Would recommend coming to get hair done if you are in KL4 months agoWhat a fabulous 3.5 hour experience I’ve just had with Gwenn at this Salon. I’ve been to alot of hairdressers in my 50 years, in fact my Grandmother owned a salon in Australia, but this Salon provided the BEST service i have ever had in my life! I received a 1/2 head of highlight foils, toner, shampoo and blown dry for a very reasonable cost. They also fitted me in on the same day I made contact with them, which i am very grateful to have had such fantastic customer service. You have one very happy Australian traveller to add to your list of satisfied clients. Thank you again Team ?

As usual, he always delivered the best and did an excellent hair cut and colouring, which I loved, and I got compliments from others. Jack definitely does not disappoint and keep up the good work. Thank you ?Came to Lot 10 Branch from Bangsar Branch as I have always preferred Jack as my stylist and I have going to him for 3 years. Jack is really professional in his job and knows how to work magic on my hair. My stylist Jack was truly amazing and created a fab look and styled and cut my hair to perfection.in the last weekFollowed Jack from the Bangsar branch to the Isetan branch because I absolutely love his work and his experience. Came for a hair cut this time and I absolutely love the end result. Thank you so much Jack! ?2 months agoI had a great experience with Jack!! Thank youuu!3 months agoI have wavy/textured hair, and it took me a long time to find a stylist as skilled as Jack who I trust with my hair wholeheartedlyI have been a regular customer since 2019 and can’t imagine trusting another stylist. Jack is not only extremely skilled with hair cuts & colour, but he also takes the time to really look at the colours/styles I hope to attain and explain how these will look on my wavy hair. Safe to say I always leave the salon happy ❤️

I highly recommend this place , went for a keratin treatment and my hair looks amazing now, my stylist Florence definitely knows what she’s doing , she was professional and attentive the whole time . I love the decor of the place and the variety of hair care products there. If you are looking for a haircut or makeover this is definitely the best place you in Kuala Lumpur .
10/10 would recommend!! The haircut was so amazing. Ines did a great job that my hair has proper volume now & I love the look of my bangs. My hair is just so much less effort to style now, I love it. I don’t think I ever want to go anywhere else for a haircut now that I’ve experienced this!
The hair colouring took the experience to the next level. I was really skeptical to dye my hair because I have VERY dry hair, but I was convinced to get some highlights (since I was asking for a fresh look) My hair was dyed a to a beautiful shade of ashy-brown with highlights & needless to say I’m super satisfied. It’s been a month plus since & the colour is still looking good & the texture of my hair has never been better!
Needless to say I’m super satisfied with the treatment that I received. The whole team at Andy Ho were also really friendly & all smiles when I visited. You’ll definitely get more than your money’s worth with such warm & ace service plus professional care towards your hair. You’ll be in safe hands for sure.

Had a cut , touch up roots today. Hair cut – into a shortish layered bob-was done by Florence. She cuts skilfully and blow dries hair really well, even without any gel or spray. Had a gel French manicure also which was neatly done. Glad I found this place.
