I walked into the salon hoping to rescue my hair from its dried, breaking, sad state to something at least presentable. I got so much more! Gwenn transformed the mess into a smooth, silky, and healthy head of hair. Moreover, it didn’t frizz at all in the KL heat after the appointment. A miracle worker? A magician? I’m not sure, but I can wait for my next appointment with Gwenn!
In addition to my experience with Gwenn, the salon manager and lead stylist, Geetha, was incredibly accommodating in scheduling an appointment within a few days of my arrival. She also checked in with me several times throughout my appointment, while attending to other clients. Her attentiveness, as well as Gwenn’s, really made me feel comfortable and valued as a client.
I highly recommend this place , went for a keratin treatment and my hair looks amazing now, my stylist Florence definitely knows what she’s doing , she was professional and attentive the whole time . I love the decor of the place and the variety of hair care products there. If you are looking for a haircut or makeover this is definitely the best place you in Kuala Lumpur .
10/10 would recommend!! The haircut was so amazing. Ines did a great job that my hair has proper volume now & I love the look of my bangs. My hair is just so much less effort to style now, I love it. I don’t think I ever want to go anywhere else for a haircut now that I’ve experienced this!
The hair colouring took the experience to the next level. I was really skeptical to dye my hair because I have VERY dry hair, but I was convinced to get some highlights (since I was asking for a fresh look) My hair was dyed a to a beautiful shade of ashy-brown with highlights & needless to say I’m super satisfied. It’s been a month plus since & the colour is still looking good & the texture of my hair has never been better!
Needless to say I’m super satisfied with the treatment that I received. The whole team at Andy Ho were also really friendly & all smiles when I visited. You’ll definitely get more than your money’s worth with such warm & ace service plus professional care towards your hair. You’ll be in safe hands for sure.

Had a cut , touch up roots today. Hair cut – into a shortish layered bob-was done by Florence. She cuts skilfully and blow dries hair really well, even without any gel or spray. Had a gel French manicure also which was neatly done. Glad I found this place.
