4 weeks agoI believed they are only welcome Japanese customers. They do not welcome or open for booking for other nationalities. I tried to book for an appointment, they replied only short answer no, not available. Not even give an alternative options. You can see those reviews here are most of them are Japanese.10 months agoSince day one, I have been a regular customer here. Both of the hair stylist are skilled and knowledgeable, their origins are from Tokyo, Japan.The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I also appreciated that they used high-quality products that didn’t damage my hair.
Overall, I would highly recommend LIB Hair Design to anyone looking for a great salon experience. Due to their popularity, you should make an advance booking in order to avoid disappointment. Walk-ins are not accepted here.
11 months agoIf it is allowed, I would give 10 star for this hair salon. It is worth waiting in the line of booking even in months. It is proven by the fact that some people come all the way from Japan with the purpose of having hair cut seeking for stylish outcome. It must be understood that you don’t have a chance without pre-booking and I would recommend to call in advance to make a reservation for future date. I have been doing this for last 10 years by making next reservation right after having my hair cut.11 months agoWhenever I try to book an appointment they will always say they are fully booked. And even try to walk in but was always brushed off rudely. The hairdressers are arrogant, and will not entertain you. was not able to utilise the service here.. Avoid at all cost!11 months agoIt is hard to make a reservation at this hair salon cause it is super popular, so I always book few weeks advance. friendly staff, high level skill, and good service.

in the last weekI came here 4 or 5 times in a year. Cut is ok, nice price. Hair wash is awful every time. They don’t know we have ears or they can’t see it. A lot of water and shampoo foam went inside my ears. Silver hair staff washed my hair today, she scratched my scalp with her nail. And her attitude has no respect. Very uncomfortable and had bad feelings, very stressful. I won’t come again….4 weeks agoRM60 hair wash feels like RM15 hair wash. The Malay lady washed my hair like she is cleaning a pot. Scratching my scalp very hard with her nails and letting my head bang the basin non stop. She doesn’t even know how to hold and support a persons head when washing the back of a head. Just simply let your head bang onto the sink several times. Worst of all, shampoo not cleaned properly, head was very itchy when I went home and I had to wash it again myself!3 years agoI visited the salon today for a normal haircut .They are strictly following SOP due to covid. Anthony is a very professional hair stylist, the place was neat and clean. It took around 25 minutes for the haircut including warm water hair wash. I will visit them again ?a year agoMs Hui Fenn at the Oasis branch did an amazing job with my hair. Exactly what I wanted and even better. Great hospitality even. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service ?7 months agoThey provide Tokio Inkarami treatment for a very competitive price in the market, especially if you’re signing up as a member! It’s only been a day so am not sure how effective the treatment is for me, but it was very enjoyable overall. I booked under Danny, consultant done by him but actual treatment was mostly done by assistants; still was a good experience.

I saw them in Instagram and liked the photos I see so I decided to go here. This is 30 minutes away from where I live and I can definitely say its WORTH IT! Keith did my hair and it was carefully done. Didnt rush at all. They prioritize quality for sure. All Staff are welcoming and friendly. I will definitely go back here!!

My go-to salon!!! Been looking for a place to cut my hair for years til I found this place! Staff is friendly and skilled, and they offer your advice if you’re unsure. One of the best thing about them is they don’t keep trying to upsell additional services like other salons.

Hesitated to give a feedback lastime but not anymore. I did my first balayage here in 2022 and it turned out to be the worst. The colour turned out so yellow and brassy – what I wanted was more of a reddish brown tone balayage. It was really a disappointing experience. Not to forget the additional charges. On WhatsApp they say they’re having promotion which is why I came to the salon at the first place but when I came and after brief discussion they charge total 700+ when initially it was only 200+ promo price. They will add this and add that so that the total charges go up. Please be smart. One thing that really annoyed me as well was when they gave me orange shampoo instead of the purple like how does that make sense. My hair isn’t even orange it was yellow and they should have gave purple shampoo to combat the yellow tones in my hair. They did a really bad job at the balayage it was more yellow than I wanted it to be. I was really sad when I went home that day. I went to another salon after and they fixed it for me. The things this shop do for money is crazy. My first and last visit ever. Peace out.
