If it is allowed, I would give 10 star for this hair salon. It is worth waiting in the line of booking even in months. It is proven by the fact that some people come all the way from Japan with the purpose of having hair cut seeking for stylish outcome. It must be understood that you don’t have a chance without pre-booking and I would recommend to call in advance to make a reservation for future date. I have been doing this for last 10 years by making next reservation right after having my hair cut.

Whenever I try to book an appointment they will always say they are fully booked. And even try to walk in but was always brushed off rudely. The hairdressers are arrogant, and will not entertain you. was not able to utilise the service here.. Avoid at all cost!

It is hard to make a reservation at this hair salon cause it is super popular, so I always book few weeks advance. friendly staff, high level skill, and good service.
I saw them in Instagram and liked the photos I see so I decided to go here. This is 30 minutes away from where I live and I can definitely say its WORTH IT! Keith did my hair and it was carefully done. Didnt rush at all. They prioritize quality for sure. All Staff are welcoming and friendly. I will definitely go back here!!

My go-to salon!!! Been looking for a place to cut my hair for years til I found this place! Staff is friendly and skilled, and they offer your advice if you’re unsure. One of the best thing about them is they don’t keep trying to upsell additional services like other salons.

Hesitated to give a feedback lastime but not anymore. I did my first balayage here in 2022 and it turned out to be the worst. The colour turned out so yellow and brassy – what I wanted was more of a reddish brown tone balayage. It was really a disappointing experience. Not to forget the additional charges. On WhatsApp they say they’re having promotion which is why I came to the salon at the first place but when I came and after brief discussion they charge total 700+ when initially it was only 200+ promo price. They will add this and add that so that the total charges go up. Please be smart. One thing that really annoyed me as well was when they gave me orange shampoo instead of the purple like how does that make sense. My hair isn’t even orange it was yellow and they should have gave purple shampoo to combat the yellow tones in my hair. They did a really bad job at the balayage it was more yellow than I wanted it to be. I was really sad when I went home that day. I went to another salon after and they fixed it for me. The things this shop do for money is crazy. My first and last visit ever. Peace out.
