3 weeks agoI went today for a skin fade and unfortunately it was one of the worst haircuts I have had (I had to go to a second barber to correct it). The barber barely blended the sides and he did not seem confident to cut the top, so he barely grazed it with scissors when I asked him to cut more off. He seemed young and inexperienced so I hope the senior barber will guide/teach him so that he will improve going forward. I know it’s not the end of the world, hair grows back, and I have no doubt others have had much better experience. The best haircut I’ve had in a while, thank you to Kinal for her time, service and gentle care! She really took her time to perfect her craft. I had a shoulder length layer haircut and costed me just RM55 (service lasted for an hour and 20 mins)
I went there on 19/08/2023 and met with the technician named Ms. KINAL. She is very patient, polite and professional.
I love her hairstyle design for me and her services also.
She didn’t advertise too much on the products, just made a brief and clear explanation only because if not like this, It makes me feel really annoyed if other salons advertise their products too much.
If I visit Penang again, I will definitely go again to this salon and meet Ms. KINAL. again for my hairstyle.
The pricing is also very transparent and not expensive, just normal price for good services, non-china brand hair products salon and stylists,

service in store was good, but after going home and checking my hair, i got even more disappointed.. went for a perm but this is what i got, and i had a treatment but my hair actually feels more damaged now..

I came to this salon because I saw the very good reviews. I came here for a balayage and while the lower half of my hair is nice, the top half is patchy and the balayage didn’t blend seamlessly – there are also some harsh edges where the colours are not blended at all which is a shame as they are the face framing hair pieces. The colour differences are quite harsh in some places. It is a bit disappointing how the colour turned out but at least they managed to do a good treatment so my hair feels soft and shiny. They also offer refreshments which is nice of them.
