I dont speak chinese, so I felt anxious the whole time, that my stylist didn’t understand me, and she was so busy as well.

I showed a few pictures, and said please make it look cool, look nice, and I dont mind going short.

None of my photo references were a bob, but she cut a bob for me despite saying she will do a wolf cut, but it looks like a Karen haircut. Its SO round, super short at the back, not wispy at all. I feel like I look older ?

I asked if the back can just be shaved like an undercut instead, but she didnt want to shave it for me, explaining that “it is her style of cutting” and such…

I dont usually want to leave reviews like this, but I just dont understand what happened, and I’m embarrassed that I look like this now.

super awesome place! best was the service. searched high and low for a place to do color hair extensions for my kids. this place was the only one who could do it. best the boss and staff were so welcoming! a big thank you again! recommend this place 1000%!!

I had a great experience in this salon, especially this is my first time to do my hairstyle there and the stylist explained patiently to me. I requested to do high position and she done it very well.

    For a first timer like me, I will highly recommend this place, Why? Because it’s attended us very well with a relaxing session included drink massage, And the consultation are very helpful. I being having a problem at my scalp and they helped me for overcome this finally!!. And the the stylist are very friendly totally recommend. Even better you can find the stylist name Nick Tan ??

    I randomly found Hair Atelier Jaya One online and decided to visit because they have good reviews about their hair colouring. I am glad I trusted Hair Atelier!

    I have naturally dark brown/black hair and wanted to change it to ash blonde. Unfortunately, I had visited two other salons previously but they couldn’t give me the results I was seeking.

    Then I met Nick Tan at Hair Atelier. He and his assistant Jasper were very patient in styling my hair based on its natural wave and provided excellent tips for daily hair maintenance. But most importantly, Nick successfully achieved the colour from my reference picture, instead of brushing off my comments after the first attempt didn’t match the picture exactly. That to me shows professionalism; someone who stands by their work, dedicates time to understanding and acting on customer feedback.

    3. Best hairstyle I’ve ever had! Uncle John listened to exactly what I wanted. I found him to be skilled, knowledgeable and efficient.

      I wanted to keep my hair long but needed it to feel lighter when I tie it up for my sporting needs. He managed to cut my hair just how I wanted it. I’m very happy with the result ?.

      He is also very reasonable in his pricing. Win win. Thank you uncle John.

    5. I’ve had long hair for >10 yrs. Wanted someone I can depend on to give me a suitable make over. I do not regret my decision for this drastic change. John came recommended by a friend and he is skilful, knowledgeable and he understands hair behaviour so he can give good recommendations on what is suitable. He is patient and fun. Thank you so much John & lovely wife for turning this limp long hair into something chic! Love the volume! Love the easy to care new hair!
