One of the biggest hardware stores in Bayan Lepas area. There’s a lot of hardware parts and tools available here and the staff are friendly to help out any inquiries that you have.

Convenient, more items to find here than general hardware shop. Slightly more expensive than DIY but once a while still ok. Parking difficult, has to search and wait.

A typical hardware store where they sell diy stuffs. Owner is an honest guy and always helpful. He provides advise on how to use stuffs and which stuff is suitable for your issue. Prices are reasonable and are cheaper than many other stores.
Friendly customer service and reasonable prices
Good service provided by the staff there. Product knowledge is good.
Impolite service from the staff, did not do proper follow up and acknowledge customer feedback. I even have to asked for their bank account twice to make payment, and ask for the balance amount. then few days later they asked: payment done? After payment is made, they dont even bother to acknowledge my payment made and provide receipt, not even expecting a thanks from them. Worse customer service ever.
Very trustworthy shop. Owner assisted me with a faulty smart lock even after 1 yr post installation when the technician cannot come.
