2 weeks agoI had a positive experience at the shop; the owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They provided helpful advice and suggested alternate choices, making my shopping enjoyable!3 years agoThey have paint in many different colors when i had to purchase during CB. We could not hire any painters during that time. the store manager was very helpful and I was able to complete most projects during CB period.2 years agoPoor experience. Asked for a specific type of paint which the owners provided and assured it was correct. Turned out it was completely the wrong paint. Had to make a return trip. On my return trip, they were rude and unprofessional. Turns out some of the owners may not know their stuff very well. You might be better off visiting another store.11 months agoTampines residents drop by this hardware shop , compared Price service,which one you choose.nontheless all Price right now is starting to increase everywhere.2 years agodidn’t manage to buy converter connector for washing machine tap/hose or screw type tap here, however the uncle is v kind, offered and helped for free to knock the current hose connector with bearing to tap head for me to use though I didn’t buy things fm him at the end. Am v grateful.

I’ve been to this store a few times. Probably the best hardware store ever! I met Weiling (sorry if not right spelling). Her passion is truly inspiring and it shows when she explains and educates customers. Always empowering especially for DIY home owners.

The way they treat customer is really bad. We ask questions pertaining to the product to understand how far the usability would be and would it match the replacement of certain product we intend to replace.
We have texted to their official WhatsApp to no ans and we came to store to check on the availability and to the response to our text.
Straight away, the sales lady with specs conversed something unpleasant to her another bespectacled salesman in chinese which I could understand.
The spectacled sales guy retorted to me saying we don’t know anything and come here asking us for help.
We are trying to see what can be matched to our existing component.
We pay for Ur services
We come back often to expect great service
Not to retort back. And talk to Ur customer like this.

This is not the first time.. initially I thought it’s because they are too busy
But even my friends and other contractors felt their tone can be very rough

Very friendly place. First time entering. Bought 1 thing n then bought more again. Relax and chill place. Let’s you look around n buy at leisure. WeiLiang recommended the beiter tool n even allowed me to test demo n taught me how to use. Great service!
WeiLiang is very friendly and the Aunty is friendly too. Bought many things from them and will buy again.
Always hear both sides and don’t read to believe one sided judgments without going into this shop yourself one day and u will find yourself enjoying a nice relaxing friendly atmosphere where WeiLiang n Aunty talk to u sincerely and u can buy from them with confidence.
Will come again and introduce all my friends.
Welling is amazing. I’m clueless when it comes to these things and she was patiently advising where and how to get stuff to ratify what I was facing.
She’s also willing to redirect to another place to get things which Teck Seng doesn’t have.
