Went to get my battery changed for my S10e, as I assumed it was a bloated battery from the slight lift of the back panel area around the battery segment. Staff there assessed my phone’s battery condition and even talked me though the conditions required to make a battery change, which was great as some poeple may decide to change their battery, even though they dont need to.

Repair came out great (although there wasn’t any signs of battery blaoting LOL), phone worked fine aside from the rubber bands looped around it. However some issues arose after taking the bands off.
1. The back glass started to peel off as seen in the pictures. Staff there told me to leave the rubber bands on for at least 2 hours, even after I left it on for a good 3.5hrs (1pm-4.30pm) it still peeled.
2. Screen came back with some additional small chips on the surface, mostly concentrated on the upper parts of the screen.

  1. Visited iStudio recently at their Jurong Point branch and was served by their retail staff – Martin. Martin has provided attentive and speedy assistance that made my shopping trip truly enjoyable. His enthusiasm and knowledge about the products were also commendable. His dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience is truly admirable too. Purchased an iphone from the store and engaged the service for the data transfer and it needed around 1 hour for the set up etc. Martin went the extra mile to take down my contact number in case there were any enquiries during the set up and kept me updated when I went to have dinner first. A big thank you to Martin for your service rendered! Your commitment to customers like me are highly appreciated! Ps. Even bought him a coffee as thanks for his service

  2. I visited iStudio at Jurong Point to reset my iphone. The sales staff, Sunny Hui, was polite, helpful and friendly. He helped me with the steps and I was able to do the reset and setup easily under his guidance. Sunny demonstrated good after-sales service and also offered advices.

  3. Hi thanks for making me come to your store twice and tell me you cannot detach the second year guarantee. Then what for you say I can pay for the phone only yesterday and then now cannot? Funny lah your customer service. When I came in someone still say no stock. If got stock then why hide it up? Should have go to Orchard directly to the Apple official store not the useless store like you.

  4. Useless costumer service. Had issues with my iPad. Wouldn’t even bother to look at it. You have to go to apple. Why market yourself as a premium reseller? I might as well buy it from Amazon and get it delivered.
