On top of apple products, they have a variety of products hardly found elsewhere in Miri
Very bad experience with this dealer. Had been given 1 year warranty on the apple power adapter. When I took it back for replacement, the service technician said physical! We can try. He couldn’t even explain what he meant and won’t look us in the eye when speaking. How can people who can’t talk properly be in customer service. Then another sales person in the shop asked us what the problem was, I said I have product warranty and want a replacement. He did not replace it and said it is Apple’s policy. I was never explained that “physical” whatever that means is not covered under warranty. They refused to call the manager despite repeatedly asking and we left the store after some heated exchange. Pathetic customer service. Never to be trusted again.
