I visited the store on 03/10/2023 @ 11.30am to pick up my order. I had such a bad experience when nobody attended to me. I had to wait for awhile before one of your staff attended to me half-heartedly. My whole pick-up process was delayed and your staff left me clueless without any updates and attended to some other unnecessary things. I hope other customer don’t experience the same situation and the management review the customer service level provided by the staff. Maybe perhaps the management could send the staff for a customer service course to improve his customer service competency. Thank you.

I visited on 22/10/2023. Sunday , Around 2pm, bought a iPhone 13 red products and etc. Having a bad service from a malay female. She serving another malay customers her faces is full of smile, BUT when she saw me and my friend is cina her face straight turn into all black , and serve us like very random, is feels like we don’t understand is our problem, the more we curious to ask and wanna make sure everything is fine the more black face she have. My friend told me after done buy straight go back home ask his brother to help me.

I visited the store on the 30th of June around 8pm. I was looking for an item and the staff was extremely and awfully rude. Additionally, we were waiting for a staff member to come assist us, however, we were clearly ignored in an obvious manner. Finally, after some while, the staff came to assist, however, she still carried her rude manner and after not being able to identify our item, she continued to be quite impolite and brash towards our questions and requests. When she couldn’t find what we wanted, we simply said our thanks and apologised for the inconvenience. Despite that, the worker went away from us quickly, presented a rude gesture and proceeded to ridicule and joke about our request to another co-worker even though we were still present in the store.

On top of apple products, they have a variety of products hardly found elsewhere in Miri
Very bad experience with this dealer. Had been given 1 year warranty on the apple power adapter. When I took it back for replacement, the service technician said physical! We can try. He couldn’t even explain what he meant and won’t look us in the eye when speaking. How can people who can’t talk properly be in customer service. Then another sales person in the shop asked us what the problem was, I said I have product warranty and want a replacement. He did not replace it and said it is Apple’s policy. I was never explained that “physical” whatever that means is not covered under warranty. They refused to call the manager despite repeatedly asking and we left the store after some heated exchange. Pathetic customer service. Never to be trusted again.
