Purchased an iPad here. The staffs are friendly and communicate clearly about the detail of my plan. They also keen to answer all of my question regarding the plan or purchase. They also have the demo units for display to try a hand on.

Hi, overall not very pleasant experience. A lot of staff but just hovering around, probably because of commission/tip or something – so if one salesperson attends to one customer, the other won’t disturb/help that salesperson as they probably wont get any money out of it. M showing the pic of my ipad- the fitting of screen protector- is sooooo not on point. And that screen is not cheap. Not very helpful, probably because the staff themselves not very well-versed or familiar with their own products. I just realise other electronic shops do sell iphones. Used to buying in switch so assume all services sorr of standard. A little disappointed

  2. Very bad experience with this dealer. Had been given 1 year warranty on the apple power adapter. When I took it back for replacement, the service technician said physical! We can try. He couldn’t even explain what he meant and won’t look us in the eye when speaking. How can people who can’t talk properly be in customer service. Then another sales person in the shop asked us what the problem was, I said I have product warranty and want a replacement. He did not replace it and said it is Apple’s policy. I was never explained that “physical” whatever that means is not covered under warranty. They refused to call the manager despite repeatedly asking and we left the store after some heated exchange. Pathetic customer service. Never to be trusted again.

    Bought IPhone 14 plus 2 days ago @RM4649. They are doing offer, I’m able to get a discount of RM550. Original selling is RM5199/-. Great deal anyway ?.

    Very good services and friendly staffs ! Thanks to Patrick for assisting me transferred all my data information, video & photos from existing mobile to new iPhone. He is a knowledgeable and super helpful guy ! Really appreciated! ? Showroom is very nice and clean.
