Hello guys! So i have been here to repair my macbook which is still under warranty for the first 2 years. Unluckily, the senheng has given the wrong information. It should be only 1 year with apple warranty and the other one is under Senheng. I went here and there just to claim my warranty. Oh guys, the apple centre repair / switch is in the mall. It’s my first time here as well I’ve lost! I followed the walking in google maps but i cannot find it! How come? Apparently, i have to enter from the CIMB bank and go to level 2. I asked the security nearby the escalator and funny things the security is well aware many of switch customers are lost as me! ??
Came to Riverson with one and only purpose- to replace my phone battery. Called before come, guy on the phone asked my phone model, informed him and he said OK can come.
Reached here, guess what – guy at the counter said no stock. I can leave my phone there for 2-3 weeks to get it done.
Wasting my time, stupid.
The best place to go in KK Sabah, if you want to claim your warranty for your iphone if your iphone got problem they will check on which part they will help you to change and advised on which you need to change. Staff is well informed and friendly.
