I order an iPhone through website opting for pickup and the staff there who is known as Sha assisted me throughout the pickup process. She even explained to me about the warranty and the costs to repair a broken screen or broken phone body etc. Sha also willing to answer my questions with patience and respect. The staff here at Machines are also welcoming because they greeted whoever comes in to the Machines. So far, no bad experience here.
