Came down and asked the salesgirl if there’s a phone case for Samsung A54 5G. She was very nice and helpful. Told me there’s only one type but it’s the bumper type. Did my tampered glass for the phone as well and got a powerbank. Didn’t get her name but very friendly. I went on Monday 16 October morning.

Went to Tampines Mall outlet to get a X-Doria protector n screen protection for my new Apple Watch. Immediately after coming back, the corner of screen protector starts to peel. When back, the sales staff was very nice, replaced a new one but the corner start to peel again within 3 hrs. She told us that she can only replace once. I don’t think this is right n professional, which means if the product is faulty, you will not be responsible cos you have already replaced. That’s not right at all. We are a regular customers for so many years. Will think twice about going back. My invoice no: 6667

The salesgirl at Tampines Mall was totally uninterested to serve us, too busy on her handphone, but I still bought the Aukey chair costing $269 cos I needed it. The can’t be bothered salesgirl booked a date for delivery as per the date we required but the delivery man never turned up and there is NO telephone number for me to contact anyone at all. Now I am in front of the shop waiting to cancel my purchase but there is no one here. Signage says WILL BE BACK IN 15MIN. But it is more than 30min n there is still no one here. Please do not buy from this shop if you don’t want this type of trouble.

I just patronised this shop on 20 july 1.40pm. The lady who served me has a very bad customer service. She explained thing to me in a rush and with an inpatient tone. Relectunt and dont want to explain. After saying one sentence she quickly took out her phone to use. Feel v disappointed by this kinda service esp the products also not cheap. I wont buy anything from this kinda shop with this kinda customer service.
The big guy staff don’t have any customer service skills. I bought an airpods pro 2. When I asked if they have it, the guy just said yes and paused. Didn’t even point out where, not until I said “then where it is ??!!!”
I feel like the big guy worked in challenger before, exactly the same vibe. The one skinny guy here is the better one, well mannered and knows how to sell.
Will never buy again in this store, in fact this is the second store in my list to not visit after challenger.
Should have looked through the reviews in google maps before coming.

I visited the store today at about 6pm in the evening, when I entered the store with my brother and sister in law, we weren’t greeted and the staff just stood by the counter without acknowledging our presence. Nevermind about that, when I asked the staff (chinese guy wearing specs) about the apple watch strap he ignored me and attended to another customer, I asked him again and he merely
pointed to the price that was on the display and walked off. Subsequently, we told the malay lady staff what we wanted and she just “ok so this one ah” but then the item was OOS and she told us “oh we only got this one” while pointing to the watch on display without apologising. We weren’t addressed as miss or anything. When making payment, she harshly asked for my sister’s in law name and contact number. Overall, we weren’t satisfied with the service at all, none of the staff had customer service skills. The chinese guy especially was so annoying and super condescending. I won’t recommend this outlet at all. If you guys wanna get Apple products, please go to the Apple store instead of Istudio or other Apple Retailers!
The Staff, Adeline who had went beyond to assist me despite she’s having a tough time doing the screen protector for my phone. Good job Adeline! Keep it up!
