2 months agoFortunately or unfortunately this is the only Apple support centre in the west which was convenient for ppl who stays in this area. That’s about all that the pros of this establishment ends.The experience of the drop off of my product for repair was just as regretful as my collection. I’d refer it akin to choosing to have full-cream ice-cream when you are lactose intolerant. I was lured by the convenience of the proximity of the service centre and neglected the wise words and maybe even tears ? of the previous customers experiences.
Let’s start with the drop off… The lady staff who attended to us told us to unpair the apple watch for repair but about 45mins later called us on the phone for the PASSWORD to unlock the apple watch. I stopped my wife from sharing her password to her apple account and soon found out that there was no password input to the watch and told the staff we will go back to the repair center instead. Luckily we were still in the vicinity hence it wasn’t much of a hassle. Apparently the staff was rather inexperience and was unsure of the procedures to correctly unpair the watch and we were left waiting until another young lady came over to assist us which I would say was the only pleasant interaction we had with any of the staff at this location.
The reoccurring theme with most of the service staff here were that they seem to be more like technicians but without the technical knowledge. Without smiles, looks unhappy working and talking to them makes McDonald’s servers feels like a fine dining restaurant waiter.
The collection was just as “memorable” as dropping off. Thinking it’s a quick collection ends up to be an hour wait with the staff asking me to test the watch when it can’t be turned on (wondering if it’s the 1st ever apple watch sent to repair at this service center that they don’t know that this would be an issue). So when highlighted that the watch can’t be switched on, the lady just walked away without a word leaving us perplexed as my sargent used to say “Kangaroo kena spotlight”?. Then she returned shortly with a charging cable and told us to return shortly.
As we waste another 30mins of our life waiting and returned to only find out that the watch was still low in battery and needs to be updated with the new firmware inorder to pair which the staff wasn’t aware of too, we wasted another 45mins of our life. Deciding to make the best of my time here I choose to write up this review as I contemplate my life decision and make better use of my brain juice saving others from having to go through what we have went through.
Let’s say thanks to QCD I had 2 full meals at Westgate from lunch at 12pm to dinner at 5pm. P.S. I even managed to squeeze in a coffee break at 3pm ? Thanks QCD, until we NEVER meet again. ?

5 months agoThe experience coming to this outlet was horrendous to be honest. I had my appointment scheduled at 11am which was their opening hours. Having arrived about 5 minutes earlier, the retail was already open and I headed to the ticketing terminal but was only to realized both wasn’t powered up. Hence, approach to the nearest staff who was hiding behind her counter, swiping her phone and not exactly checking on my with my confused look apparently. She only responded with a glanced back at me after my initial response but she pretty much did nothing and went back to her phone and continue her swiping. I reckoned she might be new or a trainee but this is a basic customer service issue! I seriously dislike the way I was being ignored when I’m seeking for helped. Overall staff appeared to be rather hostile, not wearing a single smile and no greetings of any kind at all. I seriously don’t think I’m asking too much from a a retail. Just some basic customer service that makes customer experience a little more elevated, more welcome. If I could, I’d not leave any stars because I don’t think they deserve it at all.To further with my terrible experience, the serving staff practically served without any pride. She seems to be getting by and trying to “get rid” of me and hastily ran through the process. Towards the end, due to my expired coverage of warranty, I was offered to get either replacement or a brand new item. Which was fine to me but she ended the conversation rather abruptly, because I don’t even know that was the end of the conversation or suggestion. I need to asked her if that’s all she can offered to help me? And she replied yup. That’s all. No thank you sir neither is she apologizing for my lacking of options to resolved my issue. Anyway it’s just one repulsive experience for anyone. If the retail isn’t ready to serve, perhaps don’t settle for such staffs.
9 months agoGood service staff and helpful team. The place is very clean and provides a unique experience to visit. A small cafe within the space and high tech looking counters with a display behind. Reached the place much earlier to my appointment and could not retrieve in the system, hence took a running queue number to have less than 10min waiting time. Staff attended with great respect and briefed the process to get the item fixed and returned.3 months agoJust go to the Apple Store directly.. they can’t fix your device as quickly as the Apple Store. Don’t waste your trip.Made a booking and clearly mention it’s for a battery replacement, but was asked to leave my phone and will only be able to collect it the next day morning (earliest) but can’t confirm it will be in the morning. Depends on stock availability they say.
So I’m confused, cause I made a booking and state my reason for the booking why aren’t there stocks available for the repair?
Immediately made another booking with Apple Store and they did the battery replacement on the day itself and took only 2hrs.
So just go to the actual store guys.. they are more efficient and friendly there.
2 months agoKinda impressed with the outstanding customer service despite the reviews. The people that served me were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient. Katriel and Ruzailah made the process seamless. Kudos to their exceptional approach to customer service (eye contact, greeting). My iPhone repair was serviced within 4 hours (screen replacement) under apple warranty.

a week agoGlad that I have chosen Mister Mobile to repair my mobile phone in December last year. From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and put my worries at ease. They explained the repair process clearly and they quoted me a fair price for LCD replacement and phone battery (They accept CDC vouchers).Now it was like having a brand new phone in my hands! The screen quality is flawless, the touch responsiveness is perfect, and the battery now holds a charge like a champ.
I can’t say enough good things about Mister Mobile. They were professional, efficient, and most importantly, they delivered outstanding results. If you’re ever in need of iPhone repair, don’t hesitate to head to Mister Mobile. They’ll have your phone back to its best in no time, and you’ll leave with a smile (and a fully charged battery!).
2 months agoWent to get my battery changed for my S10e, as I assumed it was a bloated battery from the slight lift of the back panel area around the battery segment. Staff there assessed my phone’s battery condition and even talked me though the conditions required to make a battery change, which was great as some poeple may decide to change their battery, even though they dont need to.Repair came out great (although there wasn’t any signs of battery blaoting LOL), phone worked fine aside from the rubber bands looped around it. However some issues arose after taking the bands off. 1. The back glass started to peel off as seen in the pictures. Staff there told me to leave the rubber bands on for at least 2 hours, even after I left it on for a good 3.5hrs (1pm-4.30pm) it still peeled. 2. Screen came back with some additional small chips on the surface, mostly concentrated on the upper parts of the screen.
Edit: Communicated with mister mobile and got the issues settled smoothly! Superb post sales customer service
a month agoWas looking for a reliable and trustworthy mobile phone repair shop online to replace my Realme 6 phone’s cracked screen and found this shop online. Booked appointment and get it replaced within 2hrs . Highly recommended and will visit again if need to replace LCD screen or battery.a month agoBattery replacement for Nokia 7 Plus. Staff explained process clearly, managed expectations of potential problems, checked key phone functions first, and then indicated existing scratches on a diagram. The battery change itself took about an hour, faster than expected. The phone came back in great condition: screen remained flawless and sealed neatly, with no new scratches on screen or body, just a bit of glue residue on the screen edges and back of the phone which I easily rubbed off with my fingers. Rubber bands supposed to kept on for an hour more to let the glue set, but I left them on overnight just to be sure. Battery working great so far. I am pleased with the professionalism and careful worksmanship, keep up the great work!3 months agoThe service is top notch, accurate, professional, and no extra cost. You can check the price online and you are charged the same if this is the exact issue. Very good service. Keep up the good work. I will recommend any of my friends to MM service centers.
