To further with my terrible experience, the serving staff practically served without any pride. She seems to be getting by and trying to “get rid” of me and hastily ran through the process. Towards the end, due to my expired coverage of warranty, I was offered to get either replacement or a brand new item. Which was fine to me but she ended the conversation rather abruptly, because I don’t even know that was the end of the conversation or suggestion. I need to asked her if that’s all she can offered to help me? And she replied yup. That’s all. No thank you sir neither is she apologizing for my lacking of options to resolved my issue. Anyway it’s just one repulsive experience for anyone. If the retail isn’t ready to serve, perhaps don’t settle for such staffs.
