a month agoWhen I scroll through the comment . I ‘m not surprise. This is what we call a premium product with bad customer service after sale . Newly bought a Mac with a lot of issues. Laggy and malfunction key. Was informed that it is due to software issue and malfunction key common in Apple product. Kept pushing customer to reformat ownself and coming back again if issues unresolved . Hello, we are paying premium price for premium product.a month agoWalked in at 3pm, two walk-in customers in front of me, waited until almost 5pm still not my turn yet. Had to leave and make a separate appointment. Understood that walk-in supposed to wait, but not until 2 hours. Understaff, sluggish, unhelpful.3 months agofriendly staff Vincent and handle my problems well. informative and positive towards problem solving. even follow up my case. surprisingly well treated.3 weeks agoPoor customer service experience here. Waited for a long time for a normal accessory purchase with just a few customers in store.4 months agoStaff attitude is unfriendly. Went there for checking battery condition but the staff not even ask customer detail and warranty etc. Directly tell customer cannot claim any warranty for battery issue. ?♀️?♀️

in the last weekI don’t like how they handle customers who seemed to be younger than their personnel. One of them handled my watch without much care and blew his breath onto the watch as if to shine it. Absolutely disgusting ?6 months agoI recently bought the iPad 9th gen here with tempered glass. It took the staff 4 tries to get it on! Caught the staff twice trying to give me faulty tempered glass with a crack and air bubbles inside because he failed to put the screen protector on well.In the end, they gave me a new upgraded one for free. But the drawback was I had to wait an hour for them to put on one simple screen protector ?
6 months agoi was served by carlos, very nice and humble guy who talked me into purchasing an apple watch with smart protection plan. hope the company gives him more recognition2 months agoGood service. I brought my first gen iPad air which is in fairly good condition for trade in at this apple store and on the first day the sales staff informed me the price was rm105.
I went back 2 days later and another sales staff did the appraisal and said the iPad was worth rm5!!! A bowl of laksa is worth more than my functioning iPad! Ridiculous!
Absolutely ridiculous price. I was absolutely baffled when he informed me of it. That sales boy was inexperienced and unprofessional. A horrid experience to say the least.
The service provided here is very temperamental and dependant on the staff that chooses to serve you. I went to viva and they quoted me rm95. If you want to trade in BEWARE!

Bought a powerbank from them for RM199. Powerbank takes 24 hours to charge. Went back to the store and they said it is not their problem. Do not recommend buying from them.
