I brought my first gen iPad air which is in fairly good condition for trade in at this apple store and on the first day the sales staff informed me the price was rm105.
I went back 2 days later and another sales staff did the appraisal and said the iPad was worth rm5!!! A bowl of laksa is worth more than my functioning iPad! Ridiculous!
Absolutely ridiculous price. I was absolutely baffled when he informed me of it. That sales boy was inexperienced and unprofessional. A horrid experience to say the least.
The service provided here is very temperamental and dependant on the staff that chooses to serve you. I went to viva and they quoted me rm95. If you want to trade in BEWARE!

Bought a powerbank from them for RM199. Powerbank takes 24 hours to charge. Went back to the store and they said it is not their problem. Do not recommend buying from them.
