Went at 4pm on a weekday and it was quite empty. Little contact with the staff as ordering is done online and they prefer cashless payments. Nonetheless, staff were friendly and helpful if you requested for assistance. Food sent via robot. Pasta that I ordered was decent and arrived hot.

My daughter enjoyed the experience greatly. She looks forward to more upcoming activities . Staff were excellent and friendly. special mention to Miss Rina for her taking care and guiding my daughter ! highly recommended to all!

I was looking for a parent and child cooking/baking classes when i came across Dough Works, and I was impressed with the team, led by Ms. Rina and the crew for Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli cooking class. The energy of Ms. Rina, with her passion to share her knowledge, impart her tips and uplift the mood and environment was really incomparable. She was full or energy, full of patience to kids and able to manage crowd. I will definitely recommend this to parents who is looking for bonding and learning in the art of cooking. I will be one of your supporters going forward and will look forward to your future classes.. Thank you for being very accomodating and getting the attentions of the kids and lifting their morales..

Attended Doughwork session under Teacher Rina and truly enjoyed the session with the kids. Friendly and patient and knowledgeable. Always a plus when you get to dig in and enjoy the pizza after! Really amazed that it’s not just about pizza but everything that has to do with dough! Definitely gonna be coming back here!

We tried the new Cheese Doria today!
It looks like gratin, but tastes better! It has more texture as its rice based, but tasty sauces like gratin, and very cheesy like cheese baked rice! I think I like it, except I think it’d be nicer going with fried chicken or beef…

Occasionally will dine in cos the foods is ok and most importantly the price is very reasonable.. go for the Baked rice it’s piping hot n melt in your mouth.

Nice foods, with nice ambiance, and affordable price at restaurant venue.
All you can drink w option of coffee, tea, milo and soft drink makes it even more attractive on top of the nice foods they have.
Well recommended for anyone want to eat decent foods without breaking your pocket.
Saizeriya is renowned for its affordable yet reasonably good-quality food at medium portions. This branch is more spacious than others, with fast service, self-service water, and it’s complimentary. While it may not be exceptional, considering the price, it’s a good spot for a value-for-money meal.
