The degrading process took years, its like one by one, one of its quality is taken away each years, and now we’re left with barely even an outlet to serve, it practically a kitchen serving online orders, with no regards to the people that came to dine in. Its a shame, what was once a nice place to have a good dine in experience for your family turns to a mere kanteen vibe with hard cold serves by the greeting waiters. Someone on the corporate ladder up there only concern with the design on the menu, because it does not reflect the outlet embiance, its a shame really.

Respect less staffs… And also they are closing at 9pm for dine in… They are not eligible for serve customer unqualified staffs

Terrible service. The restaurant is hot. Order for set lunch, then bring us drink and soup. After 30 minutes, then come for the pizza and appetiser. At a same time, order 4pcs deli wing, nvr pick order. Yet, that time is only 4 table of customer only.

    The restaurant looks nice and the food looks good on the picture of the booklet. You have to scan QRCode that is sticked on the table to order. However, the menu yet to have picture. We ordered for 3 persons. When the food is served on our table, it looks fantastic garnishing, but regrettably the taste is totally not for us! The fish & chip probably they accidentally poured too much salt and pepper. It is too salty. The outside coated flour looks crispy but inside is oily and overcooked. It is served together with salad, mesh potato and mayo sauce. I think would be better if at least has 1 slice of lemon to blend the taste. The grilled chicken’s sauce is over-peppered. The seafood fried rice is not that bad, still edible. Anyway, hopefully their cooking could be improved.

    This cafe is doing things right – nice decor, comfortable restaurant setting, fast service, beautiful plating butttt the food could be improved. The chicken grill was a bit too dry & lacked juiciness (probably because it was too thin and easily overcooked). The mash potato had that unpleasant bottled water taste (probably better to swap with french fries if you can’t make it taste good). The fish & chips did not have chips (because… mash potato…) but the fish itself was good. The black pepper sauce was commendable.
