4 years agoBrought my friend to Bistro Cascata to celebrate her birthday.I pre-ordered my set meal and requested if the restaurant could do something special for my guest. Mr Ameerul, the manager of the restaurant and his team did an excellent job in setting up decorations, providing live birthday song and a cake with personalised birthday wordings.
My guest was totally thrilled and surprised by the well planned arrangements. My guest and I had an extremely good and unforgettable time at your restaurant.

Worst PH branch. Best place for aspiring entrepreneurs to learn what NOT to do when running a restaurant. Unprofessional staff (consistently so), dirty, appears under staff all the time, etc.
Update: Forget about using food delivery service with this branch too! Messed up packaging and spillage all over!
I’m sure all the staff involved will be happy with bad reviews because their goal is to do nothing!
Service charges is not service that expected to be delivered.
Mushroom soup was curdled, not properly mixed.
Pizza was burnt, no sauce on dough.
Service was slow even there are many staff on the ground.
When paying at counter, staff was making face because we wanted to pay using qr.
please do spot check for this outlet.
Stupid idea to stop by here. unless u want to wait 51 minutes for cold breads.
1:48 – Order and PAID. staff inform food will take 30 MINUTES
2:22 – (34 mins later) i asked “how can i know if my order is ready?” they replied “yours is ready” while pointing to my pizza ON THE OVEN! NOT PACKED!
2:36 – (48 minutes later) i asked the manager “how much longer do i have to wait for my food? its been 50 minutes” the manager called one of the staff “pika pika tolong check dah 50 minit tunggu)
2:38 – (51 minutes later) got my food. cold pizza, cold breadsticks, only mushroom soup is warm. all my family said the pizza and breadsticks are super oily. the cinnamon stick almost has no cinnamon powder on it. all the breadsticks are not cut properly. (refer photo)
funny how i got my food after 51 minutes although i asked twice. imagine being quiet and just wait LOL.
RIDICULOUS SERVICE! RIDICULOUS FOOD QUALITY! WASTE OF TIME!!! AND MONEY!!!
STAFF WERE CHITCHATTING AND LAUGHING IN THE KITCHEN! TWICEEEE!!!
NOBODY WAS SORRY YA THEY ONLY SAID “terima kasih datang lagi” super stupid.

Music was too loud. Pizza not made as requested. Ordered additional menu. Told will take 15mins but after 40mins still not served and we had to cancel without any apologies!
