2 months agoNice & relaxing restaurant. Ms Erica was friendly and helpful by assuring me that her place is pork free and halal status food source. Services was great. Our food came fast and it was really delicious and nicely present. 1. My 3-Way lamb was nicely cook & tender. Portion was just right for me. It comes with lamb rack, lamb chop & shepherd pie. 2. The salmon was great & no fishy taste. 3. The topping were very generous. The pizza crust were top notch! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Definitely one of the best pizza in Ipoh. The price also very affordable. RM38 for 12 inch pizza. Overall, very pleasant experience.2 weeks agoThe woodfire pizza at Basilico is a must-try if you come to Ipoh, worth the 20-30 mins drive from the city centre. I was surprised by how huge the pizza is (12-inch) and every bite tastes so, so delicious. I usually don’t eat the pizza crust, but Basilico gets the perfect balance of crisp and softness to it I gobble the slices and leave no crumbs!3 weeks agoHidden gem in Meru, Ipoh. Didnt have much expectations for their pizza. We ordered their special duck pizza during the Christmas szn and surprisingly it tastes good. Worth the prize. They also provide outdoor playground space for families with kids

First time here. Ordered as my picture shown. The food taste was up to expectations especially the Kebab. Will definitely return. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet. Parking is easy and plenty.
First time trying dry aged fish and am pleasantly surprised. Every dish is scrumptious. Highly recommend to try the charcoal grilled fish, pork belly and handmade pasta. Will be back!
Quite surprised for the good taste . Come for set lunch, pork belly is really nice. Bean soup is good too. Sea bass taste so Malaysian but fresh ! Decent ambience. Will definitely come back again .
My husband and I have been here for years. We come here every year to celebrate special occasions and festive events.
This year, we came on the Xmas eve.
The food at this place is consistently innovative and fascinating – the unexpected flavors never fail to impress.
However, on a separate note, we were quite unsettled to see waitresses rushing around in the restaurant as they struggled to keep up with the large crowd. Having said that I have no intention to blame the staffs – The waitress who served us did a really good job in explaining each cuisine and made sure we enjoyed the food.
I understand that this issue cannot be solely attributed to the staff, as it ultimately falls under the management’s responsibility to adequately staff the restaurant.
I hope Morel would keep up the good work! Looking forward to seeing more innovative menu and food!
We loved the food but overall Crystal who was our waitress explained the food in detail. She made the food taste superb. First time meeting a professional waitress. You are great, Crystal. Thank you for making our night great
