  Actually no star for this shop! Poor after sales service. Bought a Samsung fridge, found out not cooling for fridge section. Called to complaint, the shop staff & owner twice & turn said is like that, is cooled. How could it be even after the full blast to freeze over night, still not cold & the vegie were wet.

  Worst thing were the sales person given an non relevant person phone no. to me & said that was his number.

  Had complaint to Samsung Malaysia. Hopefully justice say by action.

  Not really wide range of products available here as it’s a small electronic shop but most of the basic products you can get here like air conditioners, televisions & washing machines etc Prices after discounts are unbeatable in my personal experience at this store. Staff’s are friendly but be aware if you need there help to fix the aircon or tv they won’t come on time even you pay them in advance.
