  1. Lack professionalism and attention to details. Firstly, installed compressor facing other compressors unit causing damaged to neighbour compressors, installation time did not highlight this issues as a professional in this field. Owner has to pay extra on his own to relocate the compressor and no compensation or apology from Super Perfect.

    Secondly, helping buyer to claim Daikin rebate did not ensure proper submission and ended rejected assuming buyer has submitted successfully.Daikin also at fault for introducing complex claiming procedure and didnt ensure customer submit application fully.
