I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent purchase.

On Thursday, I bought an air cooler from your store, stating clearly that I urgently needed it. At that time, I was informed that there was no stock, but I was assured it would definitely arrive by Saturday. I agreed to wait.

However, when I personally went to the store on Saturday, I was told the item still hadn’t arrived. Your staff then promised it would definitely be available by Monday. Now, it is Monday, and when I called to follow up, I was told the salesperson in charge is on holiday and no one else can assist me.

This service is unacceptable, especially since I have already fully paid for the item. Do you think customers are free to waste their time and come back again and again? I have already wasted my time, effort, and car fuel making repeated trips.

Therefore, I am requesting that once the air cooler arrives, you arrange for free delivery to my house without any extra shipping charge. This inconvenience is caused by your delay, and I believe it is only fair that the shipping is covered by your store.

I expect a prompt response and resolution. Please update me immediately on when the delivery will happen.
