4 weeks agoI purchased a Kracher vacuum cleaner. The previous brands were lousy.3 years agoThe after sales service from one of the staff – Anna – is what impressed me the most. Purchased two phones from her last April. Yesterday, I realized I’ve lost my receipts when I need them urgently for my tax claim. Called Anna and within less than 2 hours, she manage to help me by tracking down my purchase in the system, provide me with the copy of the receipt and attended my request with great attitude. This will leads to customer’s loyalty and retention to this Seng Huat K. Trg branch.2 years agoPlease fix your costumer service. They are not helpful and friendly when I called them. Kinda disappointed because they are friendly only when I was visiting their shop to buy their product.3 years agoAnother star left behind because of Malay staff not very friendly to treat us. Might be our appearances affected their eyesa year agoSupplying all electric products. Sales girl are very helpful in deciding the correct appliances required

The second time I went .. I wanted to buy a cash washing machine, so the staff and the Chinese manager were ok. Today, however, the Malay staff are stupid for only 15 minutes in the store, but the staff at the counter are watching Korean dramas while chatting. It’s so hot. The last two pieces I bought at Sebeloh are far different from the staff’s service there… Make sure to teach the staff how to treat customers!
