  Bad service,ask for test but the salesman say no need test if no ok just send back bcoz have 2 years warranty.30 minutes charge still cannot use.

  Got many choices of electrical item.. The shop is big with wide space. Feel comfortable to do buying and serveying here. The staff is friends and helpfull.. Recommended !!

  Bad service. Inefficient staffs. Only interested in selling the appliances.When it comes to repair none of them show any interests. I had to make several calls to make them collect my washing machine which is under warranty. It had some motor issues. The staffs there do not make things easy by being helpful. Took my washing machine on Tuesday and until today, Saturday, no updates on the status. It seems they haven’t sent it to the supplier yet. It is still in the shop. Can you imagine that. 4 working days and nothing has been bloody done. And they can come up with brilliant different answers when you call and ask. Sickening. Don’t expect to get any prompt service once you
