recently purchased my laptop from AEC based on their honesty feedback and recommendation. Many computer shops will push to sell their current stock, but AEC only recommend models based on your usage and budget. Highly recommended to get your next computer products here.
Recently brought PC to check internal issues, they gave honest answer about the broken parts but inexperience explanation and suggestions. And do not keep their clients up-to-date as promised for further questions.
Simple checking of charging port cost RM15 which takes less than 5 mins. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend due to predatory practise and exorbitant pricing for just a simple check.
I’d suggest going to another repair store where the store doesn’t charge you for checking by just visual inspection and plugging in and out of different adapters.
To be honest, I’ve not turned my laptop on since they repaired it.

I come from outside penang. The first time I contacted him, he was very responsive, very good communication and analysis. he knows what solutions must be worked on so that the laptop and the programs inside function again normally. highly recommend
